Jim Robinette comes to The PJ Marshall Group with over 30 years of Leadership, Lean Manufacturing, Safety, Technical, and OEM-related experience from a Major Automotive Manufacturing company where he worked his way up from an hourly employee to a Production Manager over the entire plant. Jim received his Bachelor’s Degree from Bowling Green State University and his MBA from Liberty University and is has also certified as a Leadership Speaker, Trainer, and Coach from The John Maxwell Group. John Maxwell is a leadership expert and a best-selling author on the New York Times bestsellers list with books such as 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, 15 Laws of Team Work, and more.
